We're not a rental depot. We're a small, family-run Birmingham outfit that takes these vans on the same trips you're planning, and between every single hire we clean, restock and check each one over ourselves before it goes back out.

  • One price, no add-ons. Insurance, breakdown and unlimited miles in. Deposit and excess in plain English before you pay a penny.
  • Kitted for proper adventures. Cooking gear, bedding and heating as standard. Just add food and a playlist.

Asked before every first trip

How does the security deposit work?

We take a refundable security deposit by card before collection: £1,000 for most drivers, matching the insurance excess. It's returned in full after the van comes back clean and undamaged, normally within 3 working days of inspection. If a driver's record carries an insurance loading, the deposit follows the adjusted excess and we'll tell you the exact figure before you pay your balance.

Is there a mileage limit?

No. Miles are unlimited, with no per-mile charge, ever. Drive the NC500, the Welsh coast or wherever the week takes you; the price you booked is the price you pay.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Most of our campers are dog-friendly at no extra charge. Just tell us when you book and bring their bed. No pet fee, no cleaning surcharge; it's all in the one price.

Can I take the campervan to Europe?

European trips are possible by arrangement. We'll provide a VE103 vehicle-on-hire certificate. Tell us your plans before booking and we'll confirm cover for your route.
