Campervan hire pricing: one price, the rate is the total
No mileage charges, no cleaning fee, no extra-driver fee, no pet fee. The price you see when you pick your dates is the price you pay. That's the whole point.

Each night is priced by its own season, so a stay that crosses a boundary is simply the sum of its nights. A stay that includes any Peak night doesn't qualify for the long-stay discount.
Every price includes comprehensive insurance (lead driver), UK breakdown cover, unlimited miles, gas for the hob and heating, bedding and a full kitchen kit. Dogs welcome, no extra charge. Secure on-site parking for your car, free.
What you'll pay, and when
Hire price: Pick-up more than 4 weeks away? Pay a booking deposit now (25% of the hire, minimum £150) and the balance by 3 weeks before collection. Pick-up within 4 weeks? Pay in full when you book. If a balance is still unpaid 7 days after it falls due we'll get in
touch; if we can't reach you we may release the dates and hold your deposit as a credit towards new dates.
Security deposit: a refundable £750, paid by bank transfer
from the lead driver's own account on collection day (an insurance requirement). It matches
the insurance excess and comes back to the same account within 5 working days of a clean,
on-time return. No deductions without photographic evidence, and we film the van's
condition together at handover and return so there's never a dispute.
